TERMS OF SALE 

Visibilis by DM reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

Returns on bespoke orders including bridal wear and made to order women’s wear cannot be accepted due to the made to measure /made to order nature of the process. Returns in extenuating circumstances are t the discretion of Visibilis by DM and would need a prior written agreement.

By submitting an order, you are offering to purchase the goods and consenting to the use of personal details to manage your order. Please refer to our Privacy policy

Orders are supplied only on receipt of the full payment and delivery costs.

All prices are displayed in GBP Sterling

Price of goods is at the time of purchase and not subject to any currency rate changes.

Online payments are accepted through Paypal. Users are advised that Paypal have their own privacy policy and should read Paypals terms and conditions before making any purchase online. Visibilis by DM accepts no liability for information shared by the user with Paypal or other third parties utilised on the site.

 

DELIVERY

Delivery costs are dependent on location and clients are advised to insure goods against loss or damage by a third-party during transit.

Standard Delivery (4 - 6 working days)
Orders over £300 - Free shipping
Orders under £300 - £4.95

Express Next Day Delivery - £9.95 

Orders placed before 11am will be delivered on the next working day. Please note: Next day orders placed at the weekend, will be processed on the following working day

International Shipping Information 

EU, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Island 
Orders over £300 - Free shipping.
Orders under £300 - £14.95
Delivery 6-7 days

 

 Orders placed on a Friday, weekend, or Bank Holiday, will be processed the following working day.

Sample sale items, Bespoke and made to order items, and Past loved items are non-refundable. We only refund items if they are defective or damaged on receipt.

Take Back scheme items will be issued with a credit voucher to use for future purchases at Visibilis by DM

Any repairs or redesigning of garments should be fully agreed upon before the work is started. Any work done to the customers own measurements is the responsibility of the client and should be paid for in full before the work commences.

DESIGN SERVICES 

One off pieces are offered on our website to purchase. Any minor tweaks can be made to your requirements.

Some ready to wear designs offered can be made to a range of fabric choices and colours. Please email for further information.

Bridal gowns can be made to measure if required and for this service a calico toile is made first for you to fit and then the gown made from this toile. It is the client’s responsibility to be aware of the fit as we do not offer a face-to-face service. There is an extra charge for a calico toile, and this can be priced prior to the fitting.

Simple design changes such as adding or removing a sleeve, changing a neckline or hemline can be done without the need for a calico toile fitting.

Most made to order items allow 28 days for delivery. Bridal gowns allow at least 6 weeks. If you need something more quickly, please email to confirm availability. One off pieces will be sent under the normal delivery times.

The information we collect is your name, email address, delivery address, telephone number, credit card details to assist with your order and any follow up information we may require or to contact you about your order.

When you make a purchase through the website, the payment card details you provide are processed exclusively by our external payment processing provider (e.g., Paypal) who have their own privacy policy and terms and conditions for you to check out
